AJAG Labs uses storage for sign-in, access to your conversation, and interface preferences. No advertising or visitor analytics cookies are installed by this site.

Session cookies use secure transmission on the live site and cannot be read by page JavaScript. Signing out clears the corresponding account session.
Local browser storage
The ajag-privacy-v1 entry remembers this browser’s privacy notice acknowledgement and motion preference. Applications also remember interface choices such as the selected workspace. Conversation stores the identifier of your current conversation so you can return to it. These entries remain until cleared or replaced.
Manage your choices
You can remove cookies and local storage in your browser. Doing so signs you out and may remove your access to an existing visitor conversation or ticket. Export or save what you need first. Clearing browser storage does not delete the corresponding server records; use the privacy request form for that.
Microphone permission
Microphone permission is managed by your browser, separately from cookies. In Conversation, recording stops when you press Stop, reach the recording limit, or leave the visitor page. You can revoke permission from your browser’s site settings.
