These terms describe permitted use of the AJAG Labs applications. By using the service, you agree to use it responsibly and within the access granted to your account.

Your account and workspace

Keep account credentials private. Administrators are responsible for granting appropriate workspace access and approving published information. Demo accounts are shared, read-only accounts intended for exploring sample data.

Your data and sources

Only upload or collect information you are entitled to use. Respect source permissions, applicable rules, and the terms of external services. Do not attempt to bypass access controls or use the applications to expose private information.

Review generated results

Analysis and generated answers can be incomplete or incorrect. Review the source evidence and relevant context before publishing a report or making a decision. An automated answer is not a substitute for professional advice or an organization’s official confirmation.

Connected services

External providers may have their own usage charges, rate limits, and availability. A configured connection does not guarantee that every source or record can be retrieved. Administrators should review collection settings and budgets before starting a run.

Visitor simulation

The tourism example is fictional. Tickets, maps, bookings, and payment confirmations in that workspace are for simulation only. They do not represent admission to a real attraction, and no money is collected.

Availability and concerns

Features may change as the applications are maintained. Interruptions and errors may occur. Keep independent copies of records that are important to your work. Raise a privacy or service concern using the request form.
